Regarding cancellation of the event:
- If we determine that it is difficult to use the sauna due to equipment malfunctions or breakdowns, we will suspend your use or cancel your reservation. In this case, you will receive a full refund in the manner specified by our company. Please note that we will not be held responsible for any suspension of use or cancellation of reservations due to reasons other than the refund of the usage fee.

You can use the facility for two hours between 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM and 2:30 PM - 4:30 PM. Please let us know your preferred time.
(The facility is closed between 1:00 PM - 2:30 PM and 4:30 PM - 6:00 PM due to cleaning.)

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 4 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–3 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
