* To prevent unauthorized use, when you reactivate an e-ticket in a different environment than when you first activated it, the system will require you to verify it using an OTP dynamic password. Please follow the steps below to complete the verification.

- Please check your inbox to see if you have received the OTP password email. If you cannot find the email, it may have been categorized as spam.
