This is a private tour. Only your group will participate.
You can customize it as you like. If you have any requests please let us know in advance.
If you want to change your schedule even on the tour day, your guide is always happy to help you.
You can skip the spot where you don't go (※in this case we do not refund any fees) or change it with another place.
If you add some new spots by your request, please pay the ticket fee on the spot. (Note that you may need to pay extra transportation fee)

Reminders
A decision on whether or not a tour can be conducted will be made at 17 PM the day before. If bad weather is predicted or if it is determined that the tour cannot be conducted for other reasons, we will contact you after 17 PM at the phone number you provided when making your reservation. Also, even on the day of the tour, if we determine that the tour is dangerous due to strong winds, lightning, etc., we may cancel the tour. Please be aware that this is an experience that involves interacting with nature.
Target of participation
There is no age limit. As this activity involves experiencing nature, please wear comfortable clothing. We will support you to enjoy the activity at a pace that suits your physical condition and pace.
What else you need to know
Photos will be taken by staff during the experience and will be shared digitally at a later date (if you wish). If you do not wish for your photos to be posted on social media etc., please let us know in advance.

- Cancellations 3 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 1 to 2 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
