Minimum Participants: This tour requires a minimum of 4 participants. If the minimum is not met, the tour may be canceled. In such cases, we will notify you 2-3 days in advance for a full refund or rescheduling.

Be Punctual: The bus departs strictly on time. As this is a group tour for 11 people, please arrive at the meeting point (Hongdae/Myeongdong) at least 10 minutes early. No refunds will be provided for No-shows caused by tardiness.

Weather Policy: The tour runs in rain. Cancellations and full refunds are only issued in the event of severe weather conditions (e.g., Typhoons, Heavy Snow) that pose a safety risk.

Animal Safety: Please be cautious of sudden animal movements while feeding the alpacas and sheep. Parents or guardians must closely supervise children at all times for safety.
