- Northern lights sighting is not guaranteed. Refunds will not be offered to travelers who do not see northern lights due to adverse weather conditions
- The itinerary is for reference only, the company may adjust the timeline to accommodate the weather, and other unexpected situations, please consider before booking
- If you have not successfully passed through US Customs due to your reasons and you are repatriated to your country, it has nothing to do with the company, and no refund will be given
- Under the premise that the promised service and standards remain unchanged, your itinerary may take place alongside another traveller's itinerary to form a group tour. Depending on the arrival and departure dates, the itinerary sequences may vary
- In case of force majeure events (such as: extreme weather, war, strikes, etc.) or accidents (accidents caused by a third party), the local travel agency reserves the right to change the itinerary, and the relevant fees will not be refunded, and the additional costs incurred (such as: Hotel extension, car guide service, meals, ticket change) must be borne by passengers themselves. It is recommended to purchase travel insurance to reduce losses due to force majeure and accidents
- In the case of guests voluntarily giving up the tour because of personal reasons, all costs, including hotels, transportation, etc. are non-refundable
- Please note this tour is not wheelchair accessible
- Guests under 18 years old should be accompanied by at least one adult throughout the tour or submit a disclaimer signed by their guardian
- Modification of dates and/or names will result in canceling the current reservation and booking a new one
- Due to the cold winter in Alaska, children under the age of 6 are not recommended to participate in the tour
- In order to protect the rights and interests of the participants, if personal behavior hinders the normal activities of the group, after the persuasion fails, the local travel agency has the right to terminate their continued participation in the group. Since leaving the group, all actions will be borne by themselves, and the local travel agency has nothing to do with it involved, its unused or participating portion is non-refundable or transferable
Reminders
A minimum of 4 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 3 day(s) before the departure date
Please arrive at the designated location 10 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
Please bring your valid ID documents with your own photo (e.g. passport, ID card) for identity verification during the trip
Please provide a reachable contact number when booking so you can be contacted in the event of emergencies
We highly suggest our guests purchase insurance in advance
Please take good care of your personal travel documents, passports, air tickets, credit cards, cash, etc. Please carry valuables with you, and do not leave them in the car or entrust others to take care of them. If you lose them, please be responsible for the consequences
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 4 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–3 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
