- This snowshoe tour takes you around Lake Shikotsu, Japan's northernmost non-freezing lake near Sapporo, and boasts a famous frozen waterfall. Free transportation is available from Sapporo Station. Strap on snowshoes and head into the winter forest. Why not join us to see the spectacular frozen waterfalls, which can only be seen during a limited time? This tour is recommended for those who want a unique snowshoeing experience or are making their snowshoeing debut. A professional guide will provide lectures on key points in the winter forest. This guided tour is available in English.
- Specialized equipment is available for free rental!
- Specialized equipment such as snowshoes and poles can be rented free of charge. In addition to the above, goggles, winter gloves, waterproof and cold-resistant outerwear, and waterproof and cold-resistant snow boots can also be rented for a fee. If you would like to rent for a fee, please let us know when you apply. The rental fees below are per item. Ski goggles (one size fits all) and winter gloves: 500 yen; Cold-resistant and waterproof outerwear set (S-LL sizes): 2000 yen; Cold-resistant and waterproof shoes (21-29cm): 2000 yen

- 08:00Overall Itinerary: ① Lecture before entering the mountain (10 minutes) ② Snowshoeing to see Bifue Falls (120 minutes) ③ Travel and have lunch by Lake Shikotsu. ④ Go to Shichijo Falls (150 minutes) ⑤ After the tour, transportation to Sapporo Station will be provided for those who wish to be transported.
