Regarding cancellation of the event:

• The event may be cancelled due to rising water levels, bad weather, etc. If there is a high possibility of cancellation due to weather, the representative will be contacted. A decision on whether to proceed or cancel will be made by the evening of the previous day at the latest, but there is also the possibility that the weather may worsen than forecast and the event may be cancelled at the last minute. In the event of cancellation, we will offer a change to the participation date or a full refund of the participation fee. *Participants will be responsible for any travel and accommodation costs other than the participation fee. • ・If we determine that you are dangerous, such as if you are drinking alcohol or not following the instructions of the staff, we may refuse your participation even if the event is still in progress.
