• Question 1: Please provide the gender and age of all participants.

Regarding the cancellation of the event:

• The event may be canceled due to flooding, bad weather, etc. If there is a high possibility of cancellation due to weather, we will contact the group representative. We will make a decision on whether to hold or cancel the event by the evening of the day before at the latest, but it is possible that the event may be canceled at the last minute if the weather worsens more than predicted. In the event of cancellation, you can change your participation date or we will refund the full participation fee. *Please note that transportation and accommodation expenses other than the participation fee will be the responsibility of the participant.

Important notes regarding course participation:

• - Children under the third grade of elementary school are not permitted. - If we determine that a participant is in danger, such as drinking alcohol or not following staff instructions, we reserve the right to refuse their participation even if the tour is already underway. Please note that in such cases, the participation fee will not be refunded. - Pregnant women are not permitted to participate. - Participants must be in good health. - If you have any concerns, such as a disability, please contact us in advance. If we determine that it is unsafe for you to participate, such as if you are unable to follow the guide's instructions, we reserve the right to refuse your participation.
