・By Car: Approximately 20 minutes from the Tottori IC on the Tottori Expressway. Take National Route 9, turn left at the traffic light immediately after exiting the Sand Dune Tunnel, and head towards "Sakyu Honpo (1390-239 Hamasaki, Tottori City)". Free parking is available in front of the building. Entering "Sakyu Honpo" or the address directly into your navigation system will make it easier.
・By Train: Approximately 15 minutes by taxi or rental car from JR Tottori Station. Alternatively, take the "Sakyu Line" bus and get off at the "Kodomo no Kuni Iriguchi" bus stop, then it's about an 8-minute walk. Buses run only 1-2 times per hour, so please check the timetable in advance.
・By Other Methods: Fly to Tottori Sand Dune Conan Airport from Haneda Airport, etc. From the airport, it's about a 20-minute taxi or rental car ride to "Sakyu Honpo (1390-239 Hamasaki, Tottori City)". While there are buses from the airport, the number of services is limited, so taking a taxi is more convenient. Booking in advance will ensure a smoother journey.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 3 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 2 to 2 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
