- This is a two-hour experience where you will make two types of deco sushi rolls. In this plan, you will make animal and flower deco sushi rolls.

- Cute sushi rolls, like Kintaro candy, reveal patterns no matter how many times you cut them. Originally a local dish from the Sanbu region of Chiba Prefecture, they have been passed down from mother to child. Locally known as "festival sushi," they were made as a feast for weddings, funerals, and other ceremonial occasions. We introduce sushi rolls that have been given a modern twist, or decorated with traditional designs using unique techniques, as "deco sushi" or "deco rolled sushi."
