Regarding cancellation of the event:
- If the weather is not good, the event may not be held. If the event is cancelled, we will contact you, but please note that we cannot refund travel expenses even if the event is cancelled after you arrive at the venue.
Other important points to note:
- *Elementary school children can participate if accompanied by a parent or guardian. *The event will be held with a group of 3 to 5 people.

- Wetsuit rentals are ¥500, but wetsuits are free until June 30th! Everything else (boards, etc.) is free. Parking is under ¥1,000 for 24 hours. Marina usage fee: ¥500

- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.

- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
