A recommended plan for pottery beginners where you can even make popular Haniwa figures. There are no limits on the shape or number of pieces, and you can even add patterns to your creations using stamps! Create to your heart's content. We use the 'te-bineri' (hand-building) technique, where you can feel the clay in your hands. From medium plates to character-shaped dishes for children, enjoy creating just like playing with clay♪ Even if you are not confident in your crafting skills, please give it a try. Same-day reservations are welcome! Please contact us for the latest availability. 【Examples of items you can make】 Rice bowls, teacups, cups, mugs, flat plates, bowls, small plates, side plates, sake cups, chopstick rests, etc. You can even make popular Haniwa figures! For Haniwa, you can also choose our original 'golden-brown' finish♪ Pottery classes are available in English on Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, Sunday.
Double the fun with extra options!
Once your work is fired after about 4 weeks, you can also choose to add hand-painting as an option. You can finish your piece with various glazes to make it even more unique. It is so much fun to think about your painting design while waiting for your creation to be fired!
