Limited to just 2 guests, we offer you a private adventure through the beautiful scenery of Hakone. ~E-Bike Tour Schedule~ 10:15–10:30 Meet at Hakone Visitor Center 10:30– After a short break, depart for your premium e-bike tour! 11:00– Enjoy the unique charm of your chosen course! 13:30–14:30 Arrive at the goal point (Hakone Visitor Center) After the tour, we can guide you to a hot spring if desired, and then proceed to the dismissal point.
- Course A 'Time Travel'
- Immerse yourself in the atmosphere of the Edo period and enjoy a journey that feels like time travel. On this course, you will visit iconic Hakone landmarks, such as the entrance to the Hakone Hachiri and the historic Old Tokaido Road lined with cedar trees, while enjoying spectacular views of Lake Ashi. You will also be treated to breathtaking panoramic views of Mt. Fuji from a hidden observation point. Feel the refreshing breeze by the lake and enjoy an extraordinary journey wrapped in silence. Along the way, we will stop at the famous Amazake Chaya, where you can enjoy traditional amazake and local specialty chikaramochi.

Regarding cancellation of the event:
- In the case of light rain, we will proceed if we have consulted with you and deemed it safe. In the case of heavy rain, snow, or a storm, the tour will be canceled and we will contact you around 7 PM the day before or between 7 AM and 8 AM on the day (no cancellation fee will be charged if the tour is canceled due to weather conditions). We cannot compensate for travel expenses etc. even if the tour is canceled after arriving at the destination.
Please note the following when participating in this course:
- *Insurance Information (applicable only while in Japan) ・We will compensate for accidents during the tour within the insurance amount, but please note that we cannot be held responsible. We are affiliated with Aioi Nissay Dowa Insurance. ・In the event of an accident or injury during the tour, we will provide first aid, but we cannot accept any further responsibility. (The guide has completed the Hakone First Aid Training Course.) The guide always carries a first aid kit and a cell phone in case of an emergency, and will be in contact with the fire department. *After the hot spring bathing tour, we will guide you to a nearby day spa for a special price of 850 yen. *Tour participation requirements: Height must be between 153cm and 185cm, weight must be under 90kg, and you must be able to sign the participation consent form. On the day of the tour, you will not be able to participate if you are unwell, pregnant, have been drinking, or are unable to follow the guide's instructions.

Participant age: 10 to 100 years old
What to wear and what to bring: We recommend wearing comfortable clothing that you don't mind getting dirty (sneakers and jeans are acceptable, but please refrain from wearing high heels, miniskirts, or wide-leg skirts for safety reasons). A small backpack is convenient for carrying drinking water and a camera. Eyewear to protect your eyes from twigs and sunlight, sunscreen, camera, towel to wipe away sweat, gloves in winter, and health insurance card (a copy is acceptable)
Rental equipment: Mountain bikes and helmets are included in the price.
Duration: Approximately 3 to 4 hours
Minimum number of participants: 1 person
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 8 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–7 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
