- 00:0018:30 Reception at our office, change clothes (changing rooms available), and move to the starting point. 18:45 After the lecture, the river trip begins. 20:20 Finish at the Naka River riverbed in front of our office. 20:30 End of tour. Feel free to leave after changing clothes.

Regarding cancellation of the event:
- The course may be changed or canceled due to weather conditions, etc. If the weather makes it impossible to hold the tour, the participation fee will be refunded.
Please note the following when participating in this course:
- ・If your fingernails or toenails are too long, please cut them beforehand as there is a risk of injury during the tour. ・Please note that pregnant women, those who are in poor health, those who have drunk alcohol on the day of the tour, or those with a hangover will not be able to participate in the tour. ・Tour participants must always listen carefully to the guide's instructions and follow them. In addition, all participants will be required to fill out a participation confirmation form before participating, and please be sure to confirm that you understand your own responsibility. ・Insurance when participating: We provide insurance for all participants so that you can participate in the tour with peace of mind.

- ・All tours are held in natural environments, so harsh conditions can be expected. Our guides are fully trained in river rescue and first aid, so they can respond to various natural situations in the unlikely event of an injury to a participant. If you do not receive a confirmation response from us within 12 hours of your requested reservation, please be sure to contact us by phone. We are available by phone from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
Reminders
Participant age: 6 to 70 years old
Clothing and belongings: ■Clothing Please wear clothing that dries easily and allows for easy movement. Cotton is not recommended as it gets cold when wet. Please wear synthetic clothing. Even in summer, it gets cool in the evenings, so please be sure to wear or bring a windproof jacket. Please bring rain gear (top and bottom) in case of light rain. *Please avoid jeans as they become heavy when wet and hinder movement. ■Other Please bring your own drinks, such as bottled drinks. We can load them onto the vehicle. Towel, shoes that can get wet with heel support (no flip-flops) If you wear contact lenses, please bring swimming goggles or disposable contact lenses. If you wear glasses, please bring a glasses strap.
Rental equipment: All equipment necessary for the experience is provided.

Approximately 30 minutes from the Mito-Kita Smart Interchange on the Joban Expressway toward Motegi-machi.
By train:
From Mito Station on the Joban Line, transfer to the Suigun Line, get off at Hitachi-Omiya Station, and take a taxi for approximately 15 minutes.
By other means of transportation:
From Tokyo Station, take the express bus and get off at Hitachi-Omiya Station.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 4 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 2 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 80% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
