Regarding the cancellation of the event:
- The course may be changed or canceled depending on weather conditions. If the tour cannot be held, we will either switch to an alternative activity or refund your fee.
Important notes regarding course participation:
- Please arrive 15 minutes before the start time. Hydrospeed is by reservation only. Cancellations or reductions in the number of participants at the last minute will incur a cancellation fee. *Regarding eligibility (supplementary information) - Participants must be healthy individuals aged 13 to under 60. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. - 13 students are only eligible if the water level is within our specified limits. - 14 students are only eligible if the water level is high and they are healthy and able to swim.
Other special notes:
- We regret that we cannot allow participation from those who are unwell, pregnant, have consumed alcohol on the day of the tour, or are hungover. Please trim any long fingernails or toenails beforehand. As this tour takes place in nature, injuries may occur, so please be sure to follow the guide's instructions. You will be required to fill out a tour participation confirmation form before participating, and please be aware of the risks involved.

- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
