I will guide you through this hot spring town, having lived in Shima Onsen for over 40 years. - A retro hot spring town that retains the atmosphere of the 1960s - Learn about the history and hot spring culture of Shima Onsen - Meet and chat with the locals - If you are lucky, you might encounter wild animals such as Japanese serow or Japanese macaques - Plus, enjoy sweets (at least 2 locations) such as Japanese confectionery and cakes made and sold in Shima Onsen

- The event will be cancelled if the weather is bad enough to warrant a warning or if the snow is so thick it is impossible to walk.

What to wear and bring: You will be walking about 3 to 5 km, so please wear comfortable clothing.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 3 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 1 to 2 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 60% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
