Product Info
- This is a 'Japanese Craft Making Experience' where you can create one-of-a-kind goods and accessories at 'Masugataya Ryokan' in Tako Town, Katori-gun, Chiba Prefecture. You can use 'Tsumami Zaiku' to finish gorgeous ornaments and accessories, or transform kimono Obi sashes into new forms such as tapestries or table runners. Beginners can rest assured as our staff will provide careful support. You can take your finished work home as a souvenir. 〜Experience Flow〜 13:20 Meeting We will be waiting for you at Masugataya Ryokan. 13:30 Experience Starts The Japanese craft making experience begins. 15:30 Experience Ends / Dismissal After the experience, you will be dismissed at the venue, Masugataya Ryokan.

- Tsumami Zaiku is a traditional Japanese craft technique that has developed mainly in Kyoto and Tokyo since the Edo period. Traditionally, Tsumami Zaiku has been used for hair ornaments such as Kanzashi. In this experience, you can use pre-prepared Tsumami Zaiku to create interior goods, accessories, and more.
- Craft experience using Obi sashes
- You can experience repurposing kimono Obi sashes into items such as tapestries and table runners. You can take home your own original items made from beautifully patterned and colored Obi sashes as a souvenir.

- If there is a typhoon or other risk that makes travel to the site dangerous, the tour will be canceled.
Please note the following when participating in this course:
- ・If you are late, you may not be able to participate. ・Preschool children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. ・Children under 5 years old cannot participate, but may accompany them free of charge.
Other important points to note:
- You can also join after the "Onigiri Experience" which starts at 11:00.

Shuttle bus: Board at Narita Airport Terminal 2 and disembark at Tako Town Hall.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 3 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 2 to 2 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
