Two days before departure, a representative will send a text message to the guests, including the departure date, meeting time, meeting place, and contact information.

This plan requires a minimum of 2 people to book. Our group will calculate the standard for sharing a room based on combinations of 2 people occupying a bed / 2 people occupying a bed + 1 child not occupying a bed / 2 people occupying a bed + 2 children not occupying a bed (children will be charged for not occupying a bed). If the group size exceeds the above room standard, the extra single guests and single guests will need to pay a Single room surcharge.

A return permit must be valid for at least the day of return in order to register for the event.

According to the instructions issued by the Tourism Regulatory Bureau (TRAB), travelers are advised to purchase comprehensive travel insurance before departure. All participants in this tour must purchase the designated comprehensive travel insurance or provide valid proof of insurance.

When registering, guests must submit their correct English name, date of birth, expiry date of the travel document (Home Return Permit), and document number. Our company will not bear any additional costs or responsibilities arising from incorrect name information. If necessary, the supplier will request guests to submit a copy of their travel document (Home Return Permit) after registration.

The tour guide will make minor adjustments to the itinerary based on the actual situation on the day.

Please be on time for the assembly; latecomers will not be waited for.

Some facilities and activities in the scenic area may be temporarily closed due to weather or other factors without prior notice.

The products or services offered at the shopping stops included in the itinerary are not provided by our company. Therefore, tour members must fully understand the prices, product quality, and service standards before making any purchases, and must also consider their personal needs. All responsibility for any purchases made will be borne by the tour member themselves.

The flight information, transportation, hotel class, and other arrangements listed in the itinerary are subject to change depending on the departure date. If such changes occur after registration, we will notify you individually.

The order of the itinerary, meals, and accommodations is for reference only, and everything is subject to the arrangements of the local tour operator.

If the hotels listed above are fully booked, our organization will arrange a hotel of the same standard.

The latest updated itinerary and confirmed tour fees are based on the price at the time of booking. Additional fees during peak season will be announced separately.

Seating arrangements are subject to the railway bureau's ticketing system and are not guaranteed to be adjacent.

The fee does not include: (1) a service fee of HK$400 per person for the entire 4-day tour, payable upon completion of the tour. (This includes the local tour guide, tour bus driver, and relevant staff of the travel agency); (2) personal travel insurance: HK$152 per person for 4 days; (Participants must purchase a travel insurance plan. If you already have travel insurance, please provide a copy of your insurance certificate.)
