Regarding cancellation of the event:

  • We will depart in light rain. However, in the event of poor sea conditions, heavy rain, thunder, thick fog, etc., the safety of our guests is our top priority, so we may have to cancel the trip. In the event of a cancellation, we will contact you by mobile phone the day before or early in the morning on the day of the trip.

Please note the following when participating in this course:

  • ・Although the encounter rate is 99%, if you are not able to see any, we will give you a full refund. (Refunds are not available in January and April.) Or you can try again! ・Please note that the aquarium ticket price will not be refunded. ・Children of elementary school age or younger must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. ・Pregnant women and those under the influence of alcohol are not permitted on board.

  • What to wear and bring: Cold weather gear, rain gear, motion sickness medication, camera. Please wear non-slip shoes. High heels are dangerous.

  • Comments on required time: *Return time will vary depending on the duration of the whale search. We aim to watch for at least one hour after the whale is spotted.

  • Minimum number of participants: 1 person

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 1 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
