Once the QR code is scanned and the order is successfully downloaded, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.
eSIM installation requires an internet connection. Please install it when you have access to stable Wi-Fi or mobile data (some airport Wi-Fi may cause installation failure).
Please scan and install the eSIM after arriving at your destination to avoid starting the validity period early.
Each QR code can be scanned once. The same device can scan it repeatedly, but once bound, it cannot be transferred to another device or deleted.

How to Use
After placing your order, you will receive an email titled 'Your eSIM is ready' with instructions on the latest installation time and method.
How to install:
iOS: Settings > Cellular > Add eSIM > Scan QR code > Add Cellular Plan
Android: Settings > Network & internet (Connections) > SIM Manager > Add eSIM (Add Cellular Plan) > Scan QR code
Activation steps:
1. Upon arrival at your destination, turn off other SIM cards and only enable the eSIM and its data roaming.
2. Set the APN for the eSIM (the APN is usually identified automatically; if not, please set it manually).
Cancellation Policy
- Once the order has been completed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
