Day 1: Arrival in Montreux
Take the train to Montreux and check in at your hotel. Walk the scenic lakeside promenade, visit the Freddie Mercury statue, and stop by The Queen Exhibition at the Montreux Casino, a historic recording spot for the band.
Overnight in Montreux.
Day 2: Chateau De Chillon by Boat
Breakfast at the hotel. Take a relaxing lake cruise to Chillon Castle, Switzerland’s most famous medieval fortress. Explore its historic rooms and stories before cruising back to Montreux. Spend the afternoon discovering the Old Town’s viewpoints, narrow streets, fountains, and local restaurants.
Overnight in Montreux.
Day 3: Lavaux Wine Region
Breakfast at the hotel. Head by train to Puidoux, then enjoy a vineyard walk to the Lavaux wine estate. Explore this UNESCO-listed region at your own pace before tasting three regional wines with local cheese and dried meats at Domaine Gaillard et Fils—complete with stunning views over the terraces, lake, and Alps.
Overnight in Montreux.
Day 4: Departure from Montreux to airport, Swiss border, or your next destination.
Enjoy breakfast at the hotel before beginning your individual return journey to your selected end point in Switzerland.
