Enjoy an enhanced experience! A dedicated staff member will guide you through a higher-priority lane, significantly reducing waiting times and speeding up the immigration process compared to the Standard service.
II. 【Departure】:
- Standard:
A representative guides you to the designated priority lane for exit stamping, bypassing long queues and quickly completing customs formalities.

IV.【Airport Arrival & Departure Process】:
- Arrival：
- Meeting Point: Proceed to the designated location.Please refer to the provided image for details.
- Meet & Greet: Do not queue in the regular lines. Proceed directly to the meeting point to find our staff holding your name sign.
- Fast Track Process: Staff escorts you to the Priority Lane for immigration. Note: Service ends upon immigration clearance; proceed to baggage claim independently.
- Emergency: Flight delay or difficulty locating staff? Contact customer service immediately.
- Departure：
- Meet at Entrance A, Danang International Airport (DAD).
- Before Meeting Us: Please complete your airline check-in and bag drop first (self-service).After checking in, find staff with your name sign at the meeting point.
- Fast Track Process: Staff escorts you to the Priority Lane entrance. Note: Staff must leave you at the security checkpoint; proceed through security and immigration independently.
