- There is a possibility of last-minute cancellation due to bad weather. *Please arrive at the meeting point 30 minutes before your scheduled time. If you are late for departure, you will not be able to participate in the experience. (Please note that no refunds will be given in this case.)

Regarding clothing and belongings: Please wear clothing that can get wet, such as swimwear. Depending on the sea conditions, you may get splashed by waves, so please bring a towel and a change of clothes. When boarding the parasailing boat, please bring only the bare minimum of belongings (mobile phone, car keys, and drinks in case of seasickness), and leave all other belongings in your car. For customers arriving by public transport, we will store your belongings in our vehicle.

Patakaran sa pagkansela

- Hindi pinapayagan ang pagkansela sa pagitan ng 0–0 araw mula sa napiling petsa. Hindi maaaring kanselahin o baguhin ang order, at walang refund.
PAALALA
- Dahil sa pagkakaiba ng time zone, ang kumpirmadong petsa ng pagkansela ay batay sa lokal na oras ng supplier. Mangyaring magbigay ng 2–5 business days para maproseso ang cancellation request, pagkatapos nito ay sisingilin ang cancellation fee ayon sa policy ng produkto. Kapag nakumpirma na ang pagkansela, matatanggap mo ang refund sa loob ng 14 working days.
