Each class typically begins with sun salutations, then progresses through standing and seated poses, forward folds, backbends, twists, and inversions. The practice focuses on building strength, flexibility, balance, and endurance. Guided by a teacher’s verbal cues and hands-on adjustments, students are supported in refining and deepening their postures. This dynamic and demanding sequence is designed to cleanse the body, quiet the mind, and cultivate a meditative state of awareness.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
