+ If you book the package that included transfer, pick-up service is available within the Hanoi Old Quarter area. Due to new traffic rules, from 1 July 2026, tourist buses are not allowed to enter some inner-city streets. We will arrange a nearby meeting point within a short walking distance from your hotel. Please simply enter your hotel address when booking. After your booking is confirmed, we will contact you again to confirm the exact meeting point and pick-up time in detail.

To be environmentally friendly, plastic bottles are not allowed on the boat, according to Ha Long Bay Management. Guests may use reusable bottles.
Kayaking might get your clothes and phone/camera wet, so guests are advised to bring a change of clothes and a waterproof bag to protect their phone.
Since Ha Long Bay is always busy with tourists, the schedule might be changed a bit to avoid the crowds. We always try our best to make sure you have the best experience
Children policy : Children under 4 years old can join their parents free of charge. Each booking includes one free child under 4; a second child under 4 will be charged 50%.
Children from 4–7 years old are charged at 80% of the adult rate (an original passport is required during the tour). Each booking includes only one child aged 4–7 at the 80% rate; a second child will be charged at 100%.
