Depending on the store's situation, there may be periods when reservations and purchases cannot be made.

For cancellations due to customer convenience, a prescribed fee will be charged according to the cancellation policy defined for each plan, based on the selling price before the coupon was applied. If you wish to make a reservation again, please note that the campaign implementation period and conditions may have changed or ended.

If you cancel your reservation, the coupon use will also be canceled.

Coupons are only applicable to the price at the time of booking and purchase. Discounts cannot be applied after booking.

If you purchase without applying the coupon code, we cannot accept cancellations or re-application of coupons after the order is placed. Please understand this in advance.

Please note that coupons and Activity Japan points (KKday points) cannot be used together.

Coupons will end once the usage limit for this project is reached. Even if you have obtained a coupon, you may not be able to use it if the usage limit has been reached.
