3. Tour Preview

1) After hotel pickup, move to the center
Free pick-up and drop-off is available at all hotels and resorts in Bohol Panglao.
The day before the tour, a local Korean manager will contact you via KakaoTalk with pickup information.
Just come out in front of the hotel at the designated pickup time!
We recommend that you participate wearing a swimsuit.

2) Arrival at the center - Theory training & pre-training
There is a dedicated center located right next to Napaling Beach in Bohol where theoretical and preliminary training is provided.
A Korean instructor will provide theoretical training for about 20 minutes with those participating in the tour.
After the theoretical training, you will move to the swimming pool and receive freediving pre-training for approximately 40 minutes.
