A PDF voucher containing your seat number will be sent to you by email the day before the event. On the day of the event, please present one ticket per person to the on-site staff. As the venue's internet connection may be unstable on the day of the event, please save a screenshot or print it out in advance.

• Advance tickets are available by reservation only, and ticket collection (issuance) will begin on November 28th.
• Seating will be assigned from the front row in the order of reservation.
• If you require 11 or more tickets, please purchase the desired number of tickets repeatedly. In this case, we cannot guarantee that all seats will be adjacent to each other.
• Please note that depending on the availability of seats, your seats may be quite far apart.
• Preschool children are admitted free of charge if they sit on the lap of one accompanying adult. However, a fee will be charged if a separate seat is required.
• Refunds and seat changes are not available after purchase.
• Photography using tripods is not permitted in the pier block (pair seats, G seats, SS seats, S seats).
• You are allowed to take photos handheld or using a monopod, but please be considerate of other customers and keep your camera at a height that does not exceed your own head.
• If you are using a smartphone, digital camera, selfie stick, etc., please be considerate of other customers and use them at a height that does not exceed your own head.
• Please note that the layout and other details may change due to construction work or on-site conditions.

[Cancellation, Postponement, Other]

• Some seats may have obstructed views due to speakers, etc.
• The event will proceed rain or shine (postponed to the following day in case of severe weather or rough seas. Cancelled if weather remains severe the following day).
• No refunds will be given if the event is terminated prematurely. Thank you for your understanding.
