Once you have successfully downloaded the order by scanning the QR code, you will not be able to cancel or refund the order.
Installing an eSIM requires an internet connection. Please install it when you have a stable Wi-Fi or mobile data connection (installation may fail due to Wi-Fi at some airports).
Each QR code can be scanned once and can be scanned repeatedly on the same device. Once bound, you cannot change devices or delete the code.
Please scan and install the eSIM after arriving at your destination to avoid premature validity.
iOS 12.1 or later is required. Please note that iPhones sold in mainland China do not support eSIM. In Hong Kong and Macau, only the iPhone 13 mini, iPhone 12 mini, iPhone SE 2020, and iPhone XS have eSIM functionality.
Samsung phones vary in different countries. Samsung phones purchased in Taiwan do not support eSIM. Please confirm with the Samsung official website for other regions first.
Please note that signal quality may be affected by factors such as location, terrain, building obstruction, number of users, and weather.
In accordance with international data communications fair use policies, we recommend disabling Facebook's automatic video browsing function and app automatic updates or synchronization functions to avoid excessive data usage. Please note that if your internet speed slows down or you become unable to access the internet due to prolonged online TV or video viewing, downloading large files, or playing online games, you will not be eligible for a refund or compensation.
After placing an order, you will receive an email saying "Your eSlM is ready" and will be notified of the latest installation time and installation method.
