What to wear and bring: ・A change of clothes (including underwear) ・Clothes you don't mind getting wet ・Shoes you don't mind getting wet, or sandals with fixed heels (Crocs and flip-flops are not allowed. Rental shoes are available for sizes 23cm and above. 300 yen per pair.) ・A towel ・A bag to put wet clothes in ・A glasses band if you wear glasses
Rental Equipment: (Spring/Autumn) You will wear a dry suit (not required in hot weather to prevent heatstroke). Please wear clothes that you don't mind getting wet. (Easy-drying materials such as jerseys or fleece are recommended. Avoid jeans and other clothes that do not dry easily once wet.) (Summer) Please wear clothes that you don't mind getting wet. (If you wear only a revealing swimsuit, you may be at risk of insect bites and sunburn, so it is a good idea to wear a rash guard or similar over the top.) Life jackets and helmets are provided in all seasons. You will use the simple tents provided by us to change into.
