Yongpyong Official Ski School Lesson – for All Levels (4hours) : Includes 2h morning session (10:00–12:00) and 2h afternoon session (14:00–16:00). Lunch break is not included/guided; participants must arrange lunch on their own. Lesson times are strictly fixed and cannot be adjusted.
Meeting Point: Please wear your gear and visit the Ski School Desk (1F Dragon Plaza) with your voucher barcode at least 10 minutes prior to the lesson start time. The barcode will be sent via email, so please make sure to check the email address registered to your account.

- Slopes will close daily for maintenance
- The minimum age for skiing or snowboarding is 5 years old. For safety reasons, children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult. KKday is not responsible for any incidents during the trip, so securing insurance is advised
- All tickets (passes, rentals, admission to attractions, etc.) cannot be re-issued.
- Additional fees may apply for early check-in, late check-out, or extra bedding and towels
- To ensure comfort and uphold room quality, please adhere to resort policy by paying extra for any guests beyond the room's basic capacity.
- Please note that certain slopes may close due to weather conditions, which will not be a valid reason for cancellation or refund.

Patakaran sa pagkansela
- Pinapayagan ang pagkansela 3 araw (kasama) bago ang napiling petsa. Maaaring kanselahin nang libre ang hindi nagamit na order
- Para sa pagkanselang gawa 2 hanggang 2 araw bago ang napiling petsa, may 50% na cancellation fee
- Hindi pinapayagan ang pagkansela sa pagitan ng 0–1 araw mula sa napiling petsa. Hindi maaaring kanselahin o baguhin ang order, at walang refund.
- Dahil sa pagkakaiba ng time zone, ang kumpirmadong petsa ng pagkansela ay batay sa lokal na oras ng supplier. Mangyaring magbigay ng 2–5 business days para maproseso ang cancellation request, pagkatapos nito ay sisingilin ang cancellation fee ayon sa policy ng produkto. Kapag nakumpirma na ang pagkansela, matatanggap mo ang refund sa loob ng 14 working days.
