【Otaru Asarigawa Ski Resort】

【Instruction Plan】

This course does not follow a fixed curriculum; professional instructors will tailor their teaching methods based on the students' age, skiing experience, physical condition, and learning goals. The course covers basic training including equipment, lift tickets, and fundamental skiing techniques, with approximately 120 minutes of instruction. It is perfect for families and friends to sign up together during the winter to experience Hokkaido's powder snow and the joy of skiing!

【Preparation and Meeting】

Once you are ready, please proceed to the designated meeting point to meet your instructor as per your booking notification. If there are delays due to rental queues or personal preparation, the course time will still be calculated from the original scheduled time, so we recommend arriving with plenty of time to spare.

【Important Notes】

Helmets must be worn at all times during the course. If you are a first-time skier, we strongly recommend wearing additional protective gear, including knee pads, hip pads, wrist guards, and elbow pads.

It is recommended to wear breathable, warm, and comfortable athletic clothing under your ski jacket/pants, along with long ski socks (jeans are not recommended).

If the ski resort is closed on the day of your lesson, we will contact you to reschedule or process a refund, and we will do our best to assist you with your travel plans.

The instructor will assess your progress and determine whether you are ready to ride the ski lift for your experience. We appreciate your understanding and ask that you monitor your own physical condition.
