- When booking, please enter the names of all participants exactly as they appear on their passports.
Once your booking request is received, we will check the real-time tee time availability at the golf course to finalize your reservation as follows.

👉 The final reservation will be confirmed with the golf course, and cancellation fees will apply according to the golf course's policy thereafter. (Please keep this in mind when booking.)
🔵 If your selected golf tee time is unavailable
👉 We will notify you of available alternative tee times via text message or notification service.
👉 If you wish to proceed with the suggested alternative tee time, please confirm within 10 minutes. (Due to real-time booking, reservations may not be possible if you reply after 10 minutes.)
👉 Once you confirm the alternative tee time, the final reservation will be processed, and cancellation fees will apply thereafter. (If you do not wish to proceed, please request a cancellation. It will be cancelled without any fees.)

- This reservation is valid for 18 holes.
- The minimum number of people required for a reservation is 2.
- When making a reservation, please enter the English names on the passports of all guests.
- After making a reservation, tea time confirmation and customer service will be provided in Korean (Korean nationality) or English (other nationalities).
- The tea time we are providing is a real-time reservation. You must reply within 10 minutes to confirm your reservation.
- Please check in 30 minutes prior to your tee time on the golf course day. Please present your passport (for all guests) upon check-in.
- Please write your English name on the golf bag name tag before departure.
- When playing with two people, you may be joined by another team, and solo play by two people is not guaranteed.
- The golf course may change depending on local conditions on the day of use.
- Due to the golf course's operating policy and local circumstances, the reserved tee time may be changed or run early or late without prior notice (especially during the peak winter season at Southeast Asian golf courses, tee-off times may be slightly delayed). Refunds and cancellations due to this are not possible.
- If a customer is unable to proceed with a round due to personal circumstances, refunds and postponements are not possible.

- Business days including cancellation refund: Monday to Friday 09:00 to 18:00 / Closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. Cancellations outside of business hours will incur cancellation fees based on the next business day.
- We are a communications sales intermediary for golf reservation services, and the seller is responsible for the use of golf services.

- Golf courses generally proceed with rounds even in rainy weather.
- In most cases, rainstorms temporarily provide shelter and allow play to continue. Therefore, unlike in Korea, pre-emptive cancellations and green fee refunds due to rain are not permitted.
- Please be sure to follow the operating policies of each golf course (e.g. rain coupons, etc.) after purchase.
