The quality of telecommunications networks varies from country to country, and the base station construction is not as dense as in Taiwan. Each country has different geographical locations and telecommunications construction. We cannot request a refund due to signal conditions in a few areas.
Users with abnormal traffic will be regulated (2~5GB per day may trigger this standard), which may result in Internet access failure or slow network speed.
To avoid violating the fair use principle, it is recommended that you perform high-traffic network activities in a Wi-Fi environment. Please refer to the following:
Large-scale file transfers (upload/download), video viewing, live streaming, mobile gaming, and social media apps are primarily composed of videos and photos. Using them to a certain degree is equivalent to watching a large amount of videos. It is also recommended to turn off automatic updates and backups, the automatic playback function of social media apps, satellite map navigation mode (normal navigation mode is available), and cloud drive data transfer functions.
Fair Usage Policy (FUP) is a regulation implemented by governments and telecom companies to protect local users' rights to use the Internet. If you have concerns about FUP regulations, please purchase a plan with a fixed daily data usage.
