Some attractions on the itinerary include stairs, beaches, or uneven surfaces. It is recommended that people with mobility impairments and travelers with infants assess whether this itinerary is suitable for them to participate in, in order to ensure their safety and comfort.

The temperature difference between day and night is significant in mountainous and coastal areas, so it is recommended to bring a light jacket in case of need.

In case of severe weather or force majeure, some outdoor activities or attractions in the itinerary may be adjusted. Please follow the guide's arrangements. For safety reasons, outdoor activities may be changed or suspended depending on the on-site conditions.

Travelers are advised to carry some cash with them, as some shops do not accept credit cards or electronic payments.

Smoking and drinking are strictly prohibited inside the vehicle. Your cooperation is appreciated in maintaining the cleanliness and air quality of the vehicle.

Please keep your personal belongings safe and keep valuables with you at all times.

The price is the same for adults and children. Infants and children must also be counted as passengers. Child safety seats cannot be provided. Minors or seniors over 70 years of age must be accompanied by an adult family member.

Commercial vehicles are limited to 10 hours per day, and the order of trips will be adjusted as needed.

Carpooling is on a first-come, first-served basis. Please make a note in advance if you have any requests. The final arrangement will be subject to the tour guide's instructions.

For vehicles with 14 seats or more, Cantonese or English-speaking tour guides can be arranged to provide attentive companionship. Vehicle type will be arranged based on the actual number of passengers and cannot be specified.

Please do not schedule other activities on the same day. We will not be responsible for any losses caused by delays.

This is a shared ride trip. Please be on time for the meeting. Late arrivals will be considered as having forfeited the trip and no refund will be given. You will be responsible for any related costs.

You may leave the group midway through the trip. If you do so, it will be considered a voluntary abandonment, and no refund will be given. You will bear all risks. Please be aware of this.

Luggage storage and transport services are not provided. The interior space is limited and only personal bags are allowed. It is not possible to place checked luggage, folding wheelchairs, folding strollers, etc.

If the roads to Baishi Falls are icy in winter, the trip will proceed directly to the next attraction, with time allocated to other sites.

If Forest Cafe is closed at the end of the year and the beginning of the new year (around January 1st), it will be moved to another attraction. We appreciate your understanding.

Vehicle type cannot be specified. The tour guide can provide services in Cantonese/English/Mandarin; if the driver/guide is arranged, Mandarin will be the primary language.

Due to limited interior space, luggage, folding strollers, and folding wheelchairs are not permitted. Only carry-on luggage is allowed. Child safety seats are not available. Please be aware of this.
