- Reservations can be made up to 3 days prior to the desired tour date.
- This tour is a joint tour. If there are not enough participants, we will contact you 4 days in advance (to change or cancel the schedule).
- Please be sure to arrive on time for your tour pick-up!
- Please fill in the pickup and drop-off locations accurately.
- Adult and child fares are the same for those aged 4 and older, and children aged 3 and younger are charged the same rate.
- Vehicle type: passenger car / SUV / Small Ben / Big Ben → Dispatch based on number of participants
- Car seats are not available.
- We will contact you the afternoon before the tour with pick-up and tour instructions.
- The schedule may change depending on local circumstances.
- During underwater photography, photos and videos may occasionally not be properly saved due to malfunctions in the memory card or GoPro camera. This is provided as a service for marine tours. To avoid the risk of losing photos or other issues, we recommend bringing a GoPro SD card (compatible with the GoPro 11).
