Q1: Will the trip be cancelled if it rains or snows?
A: Tours generally depart as scheduled, even in rainy or snowy weather. Cancellations will only occur if extreme weather (typhoons, blizzards, or heavy rain warnings) causes official closures of attractions or transportation disruptions, and you will be notified by email and phone before departure.
Q2: If I am temporarily unable to attend, can I cancel for free?
A: Cancellations due to personal reasons will not be accepted within 24 hours of departure. Free cancellation is available in three situations: (1) local medical proof (diagnosis or medical receipt); (2) official proof of transportation disruptions; (3) official announcements of attraction closures due to weather. Refunds will be processed after verification.
Q3: Where is the meeting point for departures from Seoul? How far is it from the subway station?
A: The main meeting points are Hongdae, Myeongdong, and Dongdaemun subway stations, all within a 5-10 minute walk from the subway station exits. Please refer to the reservation page for detailed meeting addresses.
Q4: Does the tour include lunch? Approximately how much will it cost?
A: Lunch is not included in the one-day tour itinerary. The tour guide will recommend local restaurants, with an average cost of approximately 15,000–20,000 Korean Won per person. Meals are at your own expense. You are also free to choose other restaurants according to your personal preference; there are no mandatory requirements.
Q5: Is the trip suitable for seniors or children? Are there any age restrictions?
A: This tour is suitable for all ages, with no age limit. Infants under 3 years old travel free (without a seat). Seniors or those with mobility issues are advised to inform us in the remarks section in advance, and we will assist in arranging front-row seats.
Q6: How can I obtain the tour guide's contact information before departure?
A: A departure notification email will be sent to your booking email address one day prior to departure (before 18:00 Korean time). The email will contain a link to the departure group. Please be sure to join the group. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder or contact customer service for assistance.
Q7: Can I reschedule a no-show on the same day?
A: You can reschedule once. If you have a no-show, please contact customer service immediately on the day of the rescheduling to reschedule for the same itinerary within 7 days of the original departure date (limited to confirmed departure dates). A rescheduling fee of 20,000 Korean Won per person will be charged on the day of the rescheduling; please pay this fee directly to the tour guide.
Q8: When will I be notified if the tour is cancelled?
A: If the minimum group size is not reached, you will be notified of cancellation and refund via email 3 days prior to departure. If you have a specific departure date requirement, we recommend contacting customer service in advance to confirm group availability.

Lunch is not included in the itinerary. It is recommended that you bring your own lunch or dine at a location recommended by the tour guide. Korean seaweed souvenirs introduced in the itinerary can be purchased at your own discretion after the tour.
Please arrive at the meeting point at least 10-15 minutes before the scheduled time. Latecomers will not be waited for. Those who are late will not be able to participate in the activity and will not be able to request order modifications, cancellations, or refunds.
Seoraksan Cable Car schedule: every 10-15 minutes, every 5 minutes when it's busy. Please note that strollers are not allowed on the cable car.
