* Strollers are considered checked luggage. Passengers traveling with a stroller must book the 7-seater option.
* If luggage does not meet the above requirements, the driver reserves the right to refuse service, and passengers will be responsible for any additional costs incurred for alternative transportation.


- Service Details -

・Port Pickup
For port pickup, the driver will wait for a maximum of 45 minutes (calculated from the scheduled cruise arrival time). If the wait exceeds the 45-minute grace period, passengers must pay an overtime fee of approximately 40-60 EUR/hour in cash on-site (actual amount subject to on-site confirmation).

・Transfer to Port
Please provide your preferred pickup time when booking. Due to traffic congestion in Barcelona and the need for early boarding, we recommend allowing sufficient time to avoid missing your cruise. Please be aware that in the event of strikes, road maintenance, traffic jams, or other force majeure, you may miss your cruise; no refunds will be provided in such cases.
The driver will wait for a maximum of 20 minutes from the scheduled pickup time. If the wait exceeds this 20-minute grace period, passengers must pay an overtime fee of approximately 40-60 EUR/hour in cash on-site (actual amount subject to on-site confirmation).

・Please note the following in your order: cruise itinerary / cruise line and ship name / port terminal number.
・Please confirm the number and size of your luggage before booking and include this information in your order remarks. If the actual amount of luggage on the day exceeds what was previously stated, the driver reserves the right to refuse boarding. Please take note of this before booking.
・If you are carrying golf bags, surfboards, photography equipment, or other oversized items, please specify this in your order remarks so the local operator can make arrangements.
・Luggage size limit: The sum of length, width, and height for a single piece of luggage must not exceed 158 cm. There is no weight limit. If your luggage does not meet these requirements and there is no space in the vehicle, the driver reserves the right to refuse service. Please take note of this before booking.
・Passengers traveling with a stroller must specify the quantity in the order remarks and book a 7-seater vehicle. Failure to notify us or booking the incorrect vehicle type may result in the driver refusing service. Please take note of this before booking.
・The price is per vehicle.
・In Spain, children under 12 years old require a car seat unless they are over 135 cm tall. If not requested in advance, this service cannot be provided, and the driver reserves the right to refuse service. Please take note of this.
・Due to traffic congestion in Barcelona, actual pickup/drop-off times may be adjusted at any time, and arrival times may be delayed. Please be aware of this before booking.
・Airport transfers are only available to/from Barcelona Port or Barcelona city (single location). Intermediate stops are not provided. Please take note of this before booking.
・For airport pickup, the driver will wait for a maximum of 45 minutes. If the wait exceeds this 45-minute grace period, passengers must pay an overtime fee of approximately 40-60 EUR/hour in cash on-site (actual amount subject to on-site confirmation). Please be aware of this before booking.
・For airport drop-off, the driver will wait for a maximum of 20 minutes from the scheduled time. Please be aware of this before booking. To avoid potential issues, we recommend that passengers specify their preferred pickup time in the order remarks. The supplier will calculate the free waiting time based on the specified pickup time; if no time is specified, it will be calculated based on the flight arrival time.
