Purchase Notice
- On the day of the tour, please bring a printed or cell phone-captured voucher, comfortable clothes and shoes, and personal items such as sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat.
- Although it is possible to adjust the meeting time to about 30 minutes, the tour time is shortened and there are places where tours are not possible due to the tight time. We recommend that you pick up at the time indicated in the itinerary for a leisurely tour.
- Please provide the exact name of the hotel you are staying at for pick-up/drop-off. The departure meeting time may change depending on the location of the hotel you are staying at, and you may have to wait a little longer than the scheduled meeting time due to traffic congestion in Bali. Please understand.
- The driver's main job is to drive, and he can only communicate in simple English, and he can communicate without much difficulty.
- We are not responsible for lost items if you store your luggage at the company's office. Customers who purchase individual free travel products must purchase travel insurance individually before departure. (obligatory)

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 14 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 8 to 13 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 10% will apply
- For cancellations made 4 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–3 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
