- Important Information -

・The itinerary can be adjusted or modified in consultation with the driver based on the situation or time on the day.
・To maintain vehicle cleanliness and protect the rights of other passengers, please do not bring pets on board. Thank you for your understanding.
・Please be aware that the order of attractions in the route may be adjusted based on the departure or drop-off locations.
・For children under 4 years old, please provide their date of birth and weight in advance. One baby seat will be provided free of charge; for each additional seat, an extra charge of NT$300 will be collected on-site.
・The private day tour service hours are 08:00 - 22:00. If the start or end time falls outside this range, an additional fee of NT$ 500 per trip will be charged and must be paid to the driver on-site.
・Surcharges for remote areas should be paid to the driver on-site, as specified on the voucher.

Reminders

  • In the event of force majeure, such as typhoons, heavy rain, earthquakes, or other unforeseen circumstances leading to trip cancellation, KKday will provide a full refund. Travelers may also postpone their travel dates or cancel their bookings, in which case KKday will also provide a full refund.

  • To ensure time management and tourist safety, the driver will inform you on the day if some attractions cannot be visited due to weather or other factors.

  • For surcharges in remote areas, please pay the driver at the time of boarding, and the amount will be indicated on the receipt.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 4 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
  • For cancellations made 3 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–2 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
