Western Australia Perth Pinnacles One-Day Tour English Tour (Including Lunch/Sinnoshe/Caversham Zoo/Lancelin Sand Dunes)

The New Norcia + Pinnacles Tour departs around 8:00 AM and returns around 7:30 PM. Passing through the Swan Valley, we arrive in New Norcia, home to Australia's only Benedictine monastery. In this town brimming with history, art, and architecture, the Spanish influence is palpable. Before visiting the chapels and museum artifacts donated to the monastery by the Spanish Pope and Royal Family, we hear about the local history. A guided tour of the renowned Benedictine community and key attractions, including museums and art galleries, reveals extraordinary artifacts dating back to when New Norcia was still an Aboriginal missionary area.
Next, we will visit the monastery church, which houses one of only two large Moser organs, originally made in Germany. Afterwards, we will visit St. Gertrude's College, a magnificent Gothic building originally a girls' boarding school, built in 1908.
Afterwards, we visit a produce shop selling olive oil, fruit, wine, Nuen Norcha nut cakes, and bread, followed by a fish and chips lunch with local bread and olive oil at the historic Nuen Norcha Hotel. We continue our walk through the mysterious Pinnacles Desert, overlooking the Pinnacles from viewpoints within the park. Time permitting, we can also visit the Pinnacles Desert Discovery Centre.
We returned to Perth along the Indian Ocean Highway, arriving at approximately 7:30 PM.
B Zoo + Pinnacles + Lancerin Dunes: Depart at 8:00 AM, return at 7:30 PM. Stop at Caversham Wildlife Park in Swan Valley to observe koalas and wombats. We'll then follow a quiet path to Cervantes, the town known for its lobster fishing. Upon arrival, we'll visit the factory where Western Australian rock lobsters are processed, followed by a complimentary fish and chips lunch.
Then head to Nambung National Park to explore the mysterious Pinnacles Desert. Take a leisurely stroll through the stunning landscape and truly experience this magical and enigmatic place. A highlight of the trip is a ride in a custom-built 4WD vehicle from Australian Pinnacle Tours, traversing the massive sand dunes of Lancelin. This is followed by a thrilling downhill sandboarding experience on these ever-shifting dunes.
We returned to Perth along the Indian Ocean Highway, arriving at approximately 7:30 PM.
