- This tour is only open to foreign tourists; Korean citizens are not permitted to join.
- The itinerary times are for reference only and are subject to change based on the actual situation on the day and the tour guide's arrangements.
- For guests who are only hitchhiking or visiting Snow Land, the tour guide will not accompany them into the attractions.
- Children aged 0-3 years (under 36 months) can participate in the tour for free, but will not occupy a seat and will not be included in the admission tickets for each attraction. Please indicate the number of children in the remarks when booking.
- Children aged 3 years and above (36 months and above) must occupy a seat and the fee is the same as that of adults. If a child or adult is unable to participate in the skiing activity due to incompatible ski equipment, no compensation or refund can be claimed. (Please note the participant's size when booking).
- All ski tours include basic ski lessons. Those who do not participate in the lessons will be considered to have waived their right to the lessons and will not be entitled to compensation or refunds.
- If your trip is changed or cancelled due to traffic, weather or other force majeure factors, please contact customer service and we will handle the relevant procedures for you.
- Please provide your contact information (mobile phone number/Line/WhatsApp/WeChat/Kakaotalk, etc.) so we can contact you easily.
- Please arrive at the designated location 10 minutes in advance. To avoid delaying your subsequent itinerary, we will not wait for latecomers.

Please carry your passport and valuables with you at all times during your trip and keep them safe. You will be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage.
Outdoor activities and skiing involve certain risks and potential dangers. Guests must assess their own health and abilities before considering accepting any activities included in the tour package or offered during the trip. In the event of accidents caused by force majeure or unforeseen circumstances resulting in bodily injury or death, the supplier's staff and related personnel are only obligated to provide assistance; the supplier and its members bear no responsibility for the injured or deceased.
Skiing is a high-risk activity that may result in injury to third parties (including other users and staff on site). Guests are advised to check whether their travel insurance includes third-party liability coverage.
We recommend that you purchase accident and/or travel insurance at your departure point before participating in this activity.
No refunds will be given to participants who are late or do not arrive at the meeting point at the designated time.
The order of the tour itinerary may change depending on local weather and traffic conditions.
Vehicles will be arranged based on the final number of participants. If you need to bring luggage, please contact customer service in advance after booking.
The SKI/SNOW BOARD/Snow Hill tour group will depart together in the same vehicle.
Children's ski equipment: Minimum size: 20CM (based on foot length); Maximum size for adults: 30CM (based on foot length).
Skiing equipment is required to enter the ski resort. Infants and young children, as well as those who do not participate in skiing, will not be allowed to enter the ski resort without the necessary equipment.
Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult to participate in the SNOW BOARD.

Friendly reminder: As the weather warms up, the snow quality at ski resorts becomes unstable from the end of February. Please pay attention when making reservations.
