【Important Notice and Agreement for Disney Cruise Line Ticket Booking】
The passenger (the booker) (hereinafter referred to as Party A or you) entrusts KKday (hereinafter referred to as Party B or the Company) to book Disney Cruise Line services. Given that international cruise ticket bookings are not subject to the 'Standard Form Contract for Overseas Group (Individual) Travel' or the 'Standard Form Contract for Overseas Cruise Travel', both parties agree to sign this agreement to ensure their respective travel rights and interests.
I. Departure Date, Order Fees, and Payment Methods
1. The order fees include the booking of flights, hotels, and cruise cabins. Please refer to the order details for relevant information and the passenger list.
2. Party A must pay the full amount to Party B upon signing this agreement to secure the cabin.
3. The cruise ticket includes: cabin accommodation, cruise transportation, meals provided at designated main dining rooms (buffet restaurants), taxes, luggage handling, onboard entertainment performances, and recreational facilities.
4. Unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties in the addendum, the cruise ticket does not include: personal medical expenses, shopping, service gratuities, private expenses, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, laundry fees, telephone charges, WIFI, photo printing, SPA, beauty services, optional specialty restaurants, optional shore excursions, bottled mineral water and beverages provided in the room, and other paid services.
5. Party A acknowledges that Party B only provides services for booking international cruise tickets and does not arrange travel itineraries. Therefore, there is no requirement to assign a tour leader or provide travel liability insurance. It is recommended that Party A purchase travel insurance or other relevant insurance independently.
II. Cruise Booking Changes, Cancellations, and Penalties
1. For this order product:
a. The departure date cannot be changed.
b. The itinerary cannot be changed.
c. If a cabin upgrade is permitted with Party B's consent, all resulting costs shall be borne by Party A.
d. Up to 121 days before departure, name changes may be permitted with Party B's consent, provided that all resulting costs are borne by Party A.
e. Any request for booking changes or cancellations by Party A must be submitted to Party B in writing, specifying the date and content. Requests made via telephone or verbal communication will be considered invalid.
2. Regulations regarding the cancellation of the contract by Party A before departure (hereinafter referred to as cancellation):
a. A cruise ticket is a named valuable instrument. By registering and making payment, you agree to the validity of this agreement. Once the Company's representative confirms that the cabin has been successfully booked, Party A may not claim any changes or cancellations to this itinerary. If you cancel your order, the Company will charge you fees in accordance with the following regulations. If you fail to sign and return this agreement within the time specified by the Company, the Company reserves the right to reject your order without assuming any liability for compensation.
b. Due to the extremely strict payment, cancellation, change, and refund policies associated with international cruise bookings, the cancellation policy for this order product is as follows:
i. For the Disney Cruise cabin portion, cancellations made 121 days (inclusive) or more before the selected date are free of charge if unused.
ii. For the Disney Cruise cabin portion, cancellations made between 0 and 120 days (inclusive) before the selected date are non-refundable, and the order cannot be changed or cancelled.
iii. If Party B can prove that the damages incurred due to Party A's cancellation exceed the aforementioned amount, it may claim compensation for its actual losses or expenses, such as costs for pre-booked hotels, flights, tickets, or transfers.
3. If the cancellation date falls on a national or foreign holiday, notification must be made to Party B on a working day prior to the holiday to comply with the international cruise company's calendar-based operational regulations.
III. Cruise Booking and Passenger List Registration Regulations
1. Regulations for cabin passenger list entry, allocation, and changes:
a. When ordering, Party A shall provide Party B with the correct passenger list (English names as shown on passports), cabin allocation, and the primary representative for the booking. Passports must be valid for at least 181 days 'from the date of disembarkation'.
b. Up to 121 days before departure, if Party A wishes to change the passenger list or cabin allocation, a handling fee of NT$3,000 per person per change will be charged; however, the 'primary representative for the booking' cannot be changed. (Costs already incurred for flight or hotel bookings included in the product will be quoted separately.)
c. Within 120 days before departure, no changes to names or cabin allocation are permitted.
d. If a passenger holds dual citizenship (holding more than one passport), the name on the cruise list must match the passport used for boarding. Please carry both passports. Party A acknowledges that if they depart using a non-ROC passport, they are responsible for handling their own re-entry visa for Taiwan.
e. Party A must submit passport information and necessary visa documents to Party B within three days of ordering to facilitate registration with the cruise company.
f. Infants under 6 months old are prohibited from boarding; individuals under 18 years old cannot register for the voyage alone; each room must have at least one passenger aged 21 or older.
g. Pregnant women under 24 weeks of gestation must provide a doctor's certificate stating they are fit for travel on the ship. Pregnant women at 24 weeks of gestation or more are not permitted to board (no doctor's certificate or waiver will be accepted for boarding).
h. If Party A fails to provide correct passport, visa information, and cabin allocation within the aforementioned period, resulting in an inability to board, Party A shall be solely responsible, and the cruise company and Party B shall bear no liability.
i. If Party A entrusts Party B to handle visas, the process should be initiated in advance. Party A shall be solely responsible for any consequences arising from delays or failure to process in a timely manner.
2. Regarding services other than cabin fees, such as flight booking, accommodation booking, and transfer booking, the relevant regulations and fees for changes will be calculated separately and may be referred to in Party B's advertisements, other main contract attachments, and briefing materials.
IV. Liability Issues
1. No original passports or other identification documents are collected when purchasing international cruise tickets. Party A (the passenger) must check the validity and available pages of their passport and inform fellow travelers to carry valid travel documents to facilitate boarding procedures. Claims of ignorance or failure to sign this agreement will not be accepted as a defense.
2. Passengers must comply with the laws of each country and hold valid passports and visas as required. Party B is not responsible if a passenger is denied entry by a country or denied boarding due to personal factors, visa, or passport issues.
3. If Party A is denied entry or denied boarding due to their own issues or reasons not attributable to Party B, the cruise ticket fee will not be refunded. Any resulting expenses, such as transportation arrangements and accommodation, shall be borne by Party A and have no relation to Party B.
4. If Party A holds dual citizenship, foreign nationality, or has any other status subject to household registration regulations, they are responsible for verifying their own entry and exit documents; Party B bears no responsibility.
5. Party B only acts as an agent for Party A to book designated cruise cabins or shore excursions. Therefore, the content of the booking service and related rights (including but not limited to itineraries, port call notifications, onboard meals, facility usage, entertainment activities, and booking cancellations, compensation, etc.) are provided and managed by the cruise company.
V. Other Notes

Carrying injections or special medications for medical conditions, wheelchairs, bicycles, etc., all require prior application and prior approval from the cruise line. The original approval letter must be provided for inspection when boarding. If you fail to notify and obtain approval from the cruise line, our company reserves the right to refuse your boarding.
11. If you are unable to board/fly due to non-compliance with the above precautions, your order will be considered cancelled in accordance with the cancellation provisions of this agreement, and our company will charge you cancellation fees as stipulated.
VI. Other Provisions

In the event of the above circumstances, Party B and the cruise line shall not be liable for any refunds or compensation.
4. Both Party A and Party B agree to abide by the relevant announcements and regulations of the cruise line. If Party A does not agree with the response measures taken by the cruise line and cancels the departure, unless otherwise agreed, Party A shall still pay the full fees of this agreement, and Party B cannot provide a refund.
5. The content of this agreement requires the cooperation of Party A to be completed. If Party A fails to perform their actions, Party B may set a reasonable period and urge Party A to do so. 8. During the voyage, if Party A suffers damage while taking public transportation such as cruises, MRT, buses, airplanes, etc., due to reasons not attributable to Party B, the respective service providers shall be directly responsible to Party A, but Party B shall exercise the care of a good manager and assist Party A in handling the matter.
9. In the event of litigation arising from this agreement, both parties agree that the Taiwan Taipei District Court shall be the court of first instance.
10. Party A agrees that Party B may collect, process, transmit, and use Party A's personal data in accordance with the law for the purpose of fulfilling this agreement, including booking cruises and other transportation, booking shore excursions, handling related insurance, and services incidental to this contract. Party A also agrees that Party B may provide Party A's personal data to the cruise line, transportation operators, and related suppliers for processing and use within the scope of this contract's purpose. Regarding their personal data, Party A may exercise rights such as inquiry, request for review, request for copies, supplementation or correction, request to stop collection, processing or use, and request for deletion against Party B.
