Operating Hours: 07:00 - 21:00 (A surcharge applies for pick-up/drop-off outside of operating hours, payable to the driver on-site)
Additional Stop Fee: This service covers transfers between a single location (or two for round-trip bookings) and JUNGLIA Park. An additional fee applies for each extra pick-up or drop-off point.
Complimentary Waiting Time: Please notify us at least 2 hours in advance if you need to delay your pick-up. A maximum of 30 minutes of complimentary waiting time is provided. Overtime fees apply after 30 minutes. If no prior notice is given 2 hours in advance, overtime fees will be calculated starting from the original scheduled pick-up time.

Compact Sedan: Toyota Crown or equivalent economy 5-seater: Suitable for 4 passengers with 2 pieces of 28-inch luggage.

Large Van: Toyota Hiace or equivalent 10-seater: Suitable for 9 passengers with 8 pieces of 28-inch luggage.

Direct transfers between Naha/areas south of Higashi Village in Okinawa Main Island and JUNGLIA OKINAWA.
An additional fee of 2,000 JPY will be charged for departures or arrivals in areas south of Naha, payable in cash to the driver on the day.

Additional charges for stops during pick-up and drop-off
If a stop is required, any time less than 30 minutes will be charged as 30 minutes, and overtime fees must be paid in cash on the spot.
Small vehicle: 2500 yen / 30 minutes
Medium vehicle: 3000 yen / 30 minutes
Large vehicle: 3500 yen / 30 minutes
Overtime pay
Service hours are from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM. For rides outside these hours, an overtime fee of 1500 yen per 30 minutes will apply, with any time less than 30 minutes counted as 30 minutes. The overtime fee will be collected directly by the driver and should be paid in cash.
Child seat cost
The fee is 2000 yen per person. If you require additional payment, please note it in the order notes. Please pay the driver in cash on the same day.
Additional charges for areas south of Naha
Pick-up and drop-off areas include the area south of Naha (whether one-way or round-trip): Minami City, Itoman City, Toyomi City, Yaese Town, and Minami-fuuhara Town. An additional fee of 2,000 yen per vehicle is required and must be paid to the driver on-site.
Extended waiting time overtime fee
For delayed boarding, please contact us 2 hours in advance. A maximum of 30 minutes of waiting time will be free; any delays exceeding 30 minutes will be charged as overtime. If you do not contact us 2 hours in advance, overtime fees will be calculated directly from the original booking time:
Small vehicle: 2,500 yen / 30 minutes
Medium vehicle: 3,000 yen / 30 minutes
Large vehicle: 3,500 yen / 30 minutes
Reminders
Please keep your valuables and fragile items safe. We will not compensate for any damage.
Children should not play inside the vehicle to avoid injury from sudden braking.
If you have any special needs (such as a child safety seat), please inform us in advance so that we can provide it. We regret that we cannot add more on the day of your visit.
Additional fees must be paid in Japanese Yen cash to the driver on the day of departure.
Please select a vehicle model that accurately reflects the recommended number of passengers and luggage capacity. If overloading is discovered on the day of travel, or for safety reasons, the driver has the right to refuse passengers. Please be aware of this.

If you need to depart from or terminate your trip in the area south of Naha, an additional fee of 2,000 yen will be charged, which should be paid to the driver in cash on the same day.
