Founded in 1926, Ginza Aster boasts a history of nearly 100 years, with its main store in Ginza at its core. Since its founding, the restaurant has trained in various parts of China, gaining an understanding of authentic flavors and Chinese food culture, and has been serving dishes that suit the diversifying food culture of Japan. The Ginza Aster main store continues to develop its own unique Chinese cuisine, using techniques that have been honed in Ginza and the art of arranging Japanese ingredients into Chinese cuisine. At Ginza Aster, we cook our food using an original method that uses chicken oil. By adding soy sauce to heated chicken oil all at once, the flavor of burnt soy sauce is created. Burnt soy sauce, which is familiar to Japanese people, is easy to eat and can be enjoyed by anyone, from children to the elderly. Shark fins covered in gelatin are rich in collagen and are popular with women and those who are concerned about their beauty. Please enjoy the deliciousness cultivated by our skilled techniques.
While cherishing traditional Chinese cuisine that has been loved for many years, we also offer original menus with modern arrangements. By fusing new sensibilities with the deep appeal of famous dishes, you can enjoy the "evolved flavors" that are unique to Ginza Aster. Our restaurant is conveniently located just a minute's walk from Ginza 1-Chome Station. We recommend using our private rooms for business occasions, celebrations, and other special occasions. The round table layout allows you to see everyone's faces, creating a peaceful atmosphere and allowing you to relax in a private space. We also offer an all-you-can-drink plan, perfect for banquets and dinner parties. We recommend making a reservation in advance.

If you are unable to show up, please be sure to cancel your reservation before departure, otherwise we will charge you the following fees (the actual fees will be governed by the information on the certificate after booking): We do not have a cancellation policy.

Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to the reservation time system. If you are late, it will be considered as a voluntary cancellation of the reservation. Latecomers cannot request changes, cancellations, or refunds for this reason.
The Promotional photos are for reference only. If the actual dishes served is different than the reference, please reflect that to the restaurant, who will be responsible for this matter fully.
Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.
The restaurant may contact users via email. Please provide an email address that you frequently use and can regularly check.
You understand, agree, and authorize the booking platform to provide booking services and make reservations and relevant requests on your behalf with the restaurant as necessary.
Notwithstanding anything contained in KKday's Terms of Use, this product is a direct contract between the restaurant and the user. KKday customer service will provide assistance to the best of our ability, but cannot assume any responsibility.
If dining is not possible due to a natural disaster, KKday will refund the reservation fee.
