- The tour will only be held for groups of 4 or more adults.
- If you cancel within 24 hours of the tour start time, you will not receive a 100% refund of the tour fee. If you cancel between 72 and 24 hours before the tour start time, you will receive a 50% refund. If you cancel with 3 days' notice, you will receive a 100% refund.
- If you wish to change your reservation date, please contact us. We will do our best to accommodate your request. Please note that if we are unable to do so, the above cancellation policy may apply, or a change fee may be charged.
- For identity verification purposes, all participants are required to carry some form of digital ID (such as a passport, driver's license, or other photo ID). The driver guide or supplier may request to see your digital ID to verify your identity, age, and other relevant information.
- Please inform us in advance of any pre-existing medical conditions, disabilities, illnesses, or injuries that may affect your participation in the tour. Please also inform us of the ages of any accompanying children or infants so we can arrange appropriate seating for them.
- Our tour buses typically do not have facilities to accommodate large luggage or personal belongings. If you plan to bring such items, please let us know in advance so we can make appropriate arrangements.
- All tour participants are expected to treat other customers and staff with respect and kindness. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of your participation in the tour.
Reminders
A minimum of 4 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 2 day(s) before the departure date
Please arrive at the designated location 10 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
Please check your voucher for the actual meeting time and location.
The tour requires a minimum of 4 adults to participate.
Please arrive at the meeting point with plenty of time to spare, at least 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Please note that even if you are not present at the scheduled pick-up time, we may have to depart due to scheduling constraints.
By law, children under 5 years old are required to use a child safety seat. Please be sure to inform us of your child's age when making your reservation. Also, please specify the ages of any accompanying children or infants so that we can arrange appropriate seating for them.
You are not allowed to bring suitcases on board.
During peak season, larger vehicles may be used depending on demand.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 4 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 2 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
