2. Meet with the staff holding the sign with the customer's English name at the arrival hall (please refer to the photo).
3. Proceed with immigration clearance through VIP service as guided by the staff.
4. Once the customer has been handed over to the immigration officer during arrival, our staff cannot enter that line.

Departure Instruction for HANOI (Meeting point is front of Departures A area - please refer to the photo).
1. Please meet at the designated meeting point at least 1 and a half hours before departure time.
2. Customers go to the airline and check in first by themselves and message us on their way to Gate A, then our staff will be there soon to meet them (we will come quickly, please wait for us).
3.Customers must contact us before the Date of use for the meeting time confirmation. If customers are running late or early, they must inform us before heading to the airport.
4. Once the customer has been handed over to the immigration officer during departure, our staff cannot enter that line.
5. Our staff will be done when we have brought customers to the X-Ray inspection and VIP line.
