- When installing eSIM, interrupting or exiting the installation program will cause the eSIM installation to fail and eSIM reissue will not be possible.
- Installing eSIM requires a stable network connection (WiFi or mobile network). It is recommended to complete the installation before taking a flight and then turn it on after arriving at the destination.
- The usage period of the eSIM will start counting after it is installed. If you are taking a long-distance or overnight flight, it is recommended to purchase an extra day of use. You can install the eSIM before taking the flight to get the best experience.
Please confirm that your device is compatible with eSIM before purchasing. This product is non-refundable after sending the eSIM QR code.

A QR code can only be scanned once with one mobile phone and cannot be changed after binding.
