- Validity Period: The first day is the day you select for your "Use Date." The second day begins at 12:00 PM Vietnam time. For example, if you select December 20th as your use date, your plan will automatically be activated on that day and will last until 11:59 PM on that day. The second day begins at 12:00 AM on December 21st. Data resets at 12:00 AM Vietnam time (UTC+7). The 5GB limit resets daily at 12:00 AM Vietnam time.
- Data reset time: 00:00 Vietnam time (UTC +7) every day. 5GB per day resets at 00:00 Vietnam time.
- Note: This product will be automatically activated on the day it is used, regardless of whether it has been scanned and installed. Please be sure to select the correct date of use.
- The eSIM QR code will be sent to your email and app one day before your activation date. For example, if your activation date is April 9, the eSIM will be sent to you on April 8. Install it immediately upon receipt.
- After receiving the eSIM QR code, you can install it directly in Taiwan. It will not affect the number of days of use.
- This product only provides Internet access and cannot be used for making calls or registering for apps like Grab.

Cancellation Policy
- Once the order has been completed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
