As this is a group tour, not a private tour, you must adhere to the scheduled time. The guide will not contact you individually.
- Can I get on or off at a different location?
You can only board and alight at our designated locations. Returning to a previous location is not possible.

- How are seats assigned?
All seats are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, and the seat you first choose will be your designated seat for the duration of the tour. We highly recommend arriving on time for the meeting. The front seat must be kept empty for the guide to conduct the tour. Please note in advance that since this is not a private tour, you may be seated separately from your companions.
- Can children join the tour?
Infants under 24 months are not allowed on the tour due to the long duration and safety reasons. Please be aware that if you board without prior notice, you may be asked to disembark mid-tour!!
- Does the tour proceed if it rains or snows heavily?
Unless there is severe weather, the tour will proceed as scheduled. Please understand that the itinerary and timing may change depending on real-time local weather and traffic conditions.

- The price is the same for both children and adults.

- On the day of the tour, please provide your name to the guide before boarding the bus.
- The guide will not contact you individually on the day of the tour. Refunds are not available if you miss the bus due to personal reasons, no-shows, or lateness.
- Please note that all cancellations due to date errors, changes of heart, schedule changes, lateness, or no-shows will be processed according to the refund policy.

- This tour is led by a veteran Korean guide. We are covered by travel insurance for the safety of our travelers. We recommend that you purchase individual travel insurance for your overseas trip in addition to the tour insurance.
- Due to the nature of small town bus tours, there are few shops and some may be closed, so we recommend bringing snacks and a packed lunch. (Ice cream is not allowed)
- Please note that drop-off at Umeda is not possible due to local circumstances.
